Refund policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Oztan Cosmetics takes great care in quality control but in the unlikely event where goods are faulty please contact us within 14 days. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
Faulty Equipment
Most faults can be rectified by talking to one of our staff members and adjusting the settings. Do not send back any items that you consider faulty until you have spoken to a representative of Oztan Cosmetics. Please contact us on 08 9840 9978. If you have purchased our equipment from one of our distributors you need to return it to them.
Incorrect Orders
Whilst every order shipped is checked and double checked from time to time a mistake can sneak through, if you have received an item that you didnt order please contact Oztan Cosmetics on 08 9840 9978 and a replacement will be shipped out with a returns bag. Do not use the item or we will not be able to accept the return.
